Responsibilities
Principal
The core purpose of this role is to provide professional, highly effective leadership and management that will achieve outstanding results in all aspects of school life. The Principal promotes an inspiring vision and clear direction that is shared by all members of the school community. Ultimately, the Principal is responsible for managing all risks, filling the school and managing the cost base to generate the budgeted revenue and profit, and delivering outstanding ratings and parental engagement.
Class Teacher

Grade Level Leader
A Grade Level Leaders, (GLL), main duty is to provide outstanding pastoral care for all students in a designated grade group, ensuring that all students in the designated grade are fully supported, their needs are met and that they succeed academically.
Arabic Class Teacher

Responsible for the management of all external examinations and other duties to support the Head of Secondary, the Secondary Leadership Team and Secondary staff.

Pastoral Support Assistant
