About This Exciting Job Opportunity In Dubai For Managing Director International

Education Development Trust are currently recruiting a Managing Director, International to join their leadership team. 

Their strategic plan is focused on significant growth, much of which will result from continued international development, making this a fascinating time for the new Managing Director, International to join them.

Responsibilities

• The MD International will lead a strong, committed and diverse team of experts who have developed a suite of best-in-class programmes and services that are established in many countries.
• Operational excellence remains a key priority, and delivering existing programmes and contracts to the highest standards will be the cornerstone of future development.
• International expansion will come from increased business development efforts

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will have a background in account management, business development or strategy development.
• The new Managing Director will be a proven commercial leader who will take a hands-on approach to securing growth, leveraging the strength that exists within the business, developing existing services to meet the needs of new clients and taking a cohesive offer to market.
• Broad international experience will be beneficial given that our impact can be felt across multiple programmes in low-income and high-income countries.
• In the short-medium term, the Middle Eastern market has been identified as a promising source of growth and the successful candidate will have particularly strong knowledge and direct experience of those MENA markets.
• They will have nurtured long-term relationships with government stakeholders and will be a credible ambassador for the EDT mission.
• The Managing Director, International will be based in Dubai, leading a global team within a matrix structure
