Sales Support Assistant (Automotive Aftermarket)
Responsibilities
- Provide administration and operations support to the Sales & operations team to ensure smooth business flow and high customer satisfaction. Assist the sales team to manage schedules, distribution of sales documentation, respond to queries. Liaise between the department to develop and provide required MIS data information. Ensure monthly reports are developed for back office support.
Qualifications & Experience
1 to 3 years of minimum experience in Administration, Accounts, Sales/ advanced excel skill.

Manager Parts
Responsibilities
- Lead & manage parts and logistics department, monitor staff, drive sales performance, execute marketing initiatives/campaigns and optimize utilization of market potential to maximize business revenue and achieve profits with high level of customer satisfaction at every step. Oversee logistics and storage operations for Eastern Motors Company. Assume profit & loss responsibility for the department and effectively communicate with Principal.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10 – 12 years of minimum experience in automotive industry; out of which 4 years should be on managerial level in spare parts Aftersales.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

- Supervise reception team in terms of building rapport with customers from managing the receipt, delivery and follow up on customer vehicles while adhering to the set company policies and procedures. Liaise between customers and workshop team to efficiently deliver services on time.
Qualifications & Experience
