Responsibilities
- Creating and Updating Instructors/examiners credentials on STARS/Gemini/Power App
- Invigilate Pelesys exams for Instructors as assigned.
- Responsible for all secretarial activities and administration of the office including filing, upkeep of office.
- Assisting Instructors in the daily activity as requested.
- Coordinates with training manager for all instructor pilots training requirements, documentation, and follow up for training related issues.
- Prepare records/check forms and place in the files (All forms need to be typed out/ needs to make sure latest check forms are used from the Authority website).
- Prepare training completion certificates and obtain signatures by Head of Training/Training Manager
- Ensure weekly conflict reports are reviewed and approved by Training Managers
- Ensure that Instructor authorisation expiration reports are generated, reviewed by Training Managers and training planned by schedulers.
- Online applications for instructor qualifications to various NAAs.
- Maintain tracking sheet for instructor qualifications submitted and submit Requisitions.
- Coordination Tasks
- Coordinates with training manager for all instructor pilots training requirements, documentation, and follow up for training related issues.
- Compliance
- Ensure that all instructors records are properly completed according to applicable standards
